What is your story of Money?

As we step into a New Year, let’s pause and ask a question we rarely ask –
What is my story of money?

Begin simply:
Where does my money come from – salary, profession, skill, art …..

Notice how working for money feels to you.
Positive -Is it a feeling of game,
Neutral-a medium of exchange
Sad – something earned through effort and struggle

Then ask gently –
What does money cost me?
In terms of my energy and my freedom.

Why have we organized our lives around money and why not opposite ?
Story of A- Because he has always an anxiety of not having enough.
Story of B – She has a fear of asking, speaking, or thinking openly about money.

Like that many Stories we use those which are passed down, reinforced and just left in mind completely unexamined.
Because of these stories, we often keep our heads down and choose what feels safe.
Yet many times, taking a risk is actually the safer path.
